Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

At Validdo, we take claims of copyright infringement seriously and act in accordance with applicable Dutch and European legislation, including the E-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC). If you believe that material accessible through Validdo’s services (as defined in our Terms of Use) infringes your copyright, you may request its removal by submitting a written notification to our designated contact point below. To ensure your report can be processed effectively, please include the following:

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• A precise identification of the material you believe to be infringing, enabling us to locate it.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If your notification does not include all required information, it may take longer to process or may not be actionable.

Please note: If you knowingly provide false information regarding an alleged infringement, you may be held liable for any resulting damages, including legal costs.

Action Following a Notification

Upon receiving a valid notification, we will promptly review the reported material and, if necessary, remove it or disable access to it, in line with Dutch law. Where possible, we will inform the user who posted the material about the notification and the action taken.

Counter Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or access to it was disabled in error, you may submit a written counter notification to our contact point. Please include:

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A description of the removed material and its location before removal.
