How does it work?

Validdo requests (with participant consent) a reference from a current or past employer, focusing on:

  How was the participant perceived in the team? Were there notable behaviors or attitudes?

• Reason for departure

  If applicable: voluntary, reorganization, or performance-related?

• Confidentiality and integrity

  Were there signals relevant to future employers or clients?

The employer completes a standardized form, which Validdo verifies for completeness and authenticity.
