What does it entail?

With Validdo’s VOG Certificate service, we automate the application for the Dutch Certificate of Conduct (VOG), freeing organizations and participants from complex administrative tasks. Validdo manages the request digitally and directly with Justis, while we verify authenticity and monitor the process. The official assessment remains with Justis.

How does it work?

Validdo simplifies the process through our platform:

• The organization initiates the request with a single click.
• Validdo verifies the details and forwards the application to Justis.
• The participant receives a Justis invite and completes it via DigiD in a secure environment.
• Once assessed, the participant receives the VOG by mail or digitally, per their choice.
• We monitor progress and verify authenticity, notifying upon issuance.

No substantive details are stored by us, only the status.
